I’m currently writing my book, Blood of Isis, and while I’m close to the end I’m definitely struggling. I have other books I want to write, and I’m starting to dislike my book. I know these feeling are only temporary, that they are because I’m frustrated and just want to see the finished product but still. I must remember that “Do or do not, there is no try”.

And so I will keep on writing and hopefully I will have my first book manuscript complete by the end of the week 🙂

The writing BFF — essential for a writer

I couldn’t agree with this statement more. Ofen times I can feel so isolated as a writer because I don’t really like sharing my writing with others. Therefore most people do not even know that I write. I don’t have a writing BFF but I couldn’t agree more with Rebecca in staying that is essential. So go and start looking for your writing BFF and when you find that person make sure to treasure them 🙂

I am guided by another force outside of my own, and I am grateful.

My chair rocks back and forth, clicking on the wooden porch as I overlook the land, green and plush, the promise of eternity and I feel a sense of home. My daughter and son laugh running through the rolling hills. My…
